How to glue leather or other materials using our leather adhesive:

the pieces to be glued must be clean, degreased, clear of dust or other residues. You can apply the adhesive using a brush-sponge or a brush. Spread in a thin layer on both pieces of skin that are to be glued. Within 20 minutes of drying, join the pieces and press. 

Caution: store at temperatures between 5°C and 25°C. Do not expose to sunlight. Do not let it freeze. Keep the container tightly closed to prevent solidification of the product.

PROFESSIONAL FORTE GLUE FOR LEATHER

Polymer Aqueous Dispersion based on modified polyurethane, about 50% content.
Method of application:
Gun, roller machine, manual with brush / sponge.
Features:
Water-based adhesive ideal for gluing natural leather, eco-leather, fabrics, linings, cardboard, other materials. Excellent glues and PVC, EVA, nylon, rubber, after the correct preparation of surfaces. It can also stick oily skins (oily skins) with oil content up to 15%.
Instructions for use:
Apply the professional forte leather glue on both faces to be glued. Let the surface dry slightly (until it no longer has a wet appearance and no longer feels wet to the touch).
Cold use: Within a maximum of 20 minutes after drying the surfaces, put the pieces together and press on them. 
Hot use: After the 20-minute window has passed after the surfaces have dried, the adhesive can be reactivated at a temperature of 70-75ºC, then the parts must be placed together and pressed, according to the instructions for cold application.
Single surface application: For bonding with non-adhesive materials, such as textiles, sponge, apply abundantly to the leather or material that allows the adhesive to be applied and immediately tighten, then press, according to the cold application instructions.
Window acupressure:
Cold: 20 minutes after drying the applied glue.
Hot: 48 hours after application.
Specifications:
Water-based polyurethane adhesive with cold application. It can be hot reactive (see hot use).
The final strength of the solder is reached after 4 days after soldering.

Between batches of metal accessories there may be differences in shade, normal, caused by galvanized quantity, product dimensions and other conditions that cannot be fully controlled by the manufacturer.
