The brass pen tool is designed to make beautiful edges on leatherwork projects, with edge paint. The roller or tip rotates to evenly distribute the paint.
It is a very useful tool for painting the edges of small pieces, which requires a lot of attention. The sharp tip allows the paint to be applied in small perforations or corners.
