Surface paint for leather can be used to restore aged natural leather or change the color of leather.

Sponge Brush (for precision or small areas) or the sponge for uniform application (for larger areas) can be purchased separately and are not included in the price. 

Important information:

• The paint is a product for natural leather, not for synthetic leather, patent leather, or other materials. The product must be absorbed by the leather to achieve an even, correct color.
• The leather color can be changed from a lighter shade to a darker shade, but not the other way around.
• The paint cannot cover darker-colored stains or damaged areas.
• The paint can be used on leather, but not on soles or areas made from other materials.

The contents of one bottle can cover up to 10 square meters of leather with a single coat, depending on the condition and absorbency of the leather.

Applying 2 or more coats of paint may be necessary to achieve the desired effect.

The paint is water-based, non-irritating, and eco-friendly.

If light touch-ups are desired or a slightly transparent or less opaque effect is preferred, the paint can be diluted with demineralized water.

Leather painting procedure:

• Thoroughly clean the leather; it must not be dirty, damp, dusty, or have traces of grease;
• when the leather is completely dry wipe it with Leather Degreaser, using a clean, white cloth that does not leave lint or transfer color;
• after the degreaser has dried completely,  apply the paint for the leather surface using the  Uniform Application Sponge or the Sponge Brush;
• after the first coat has dried,  you can apply a second coat of paint if necessary;
• after achieving the desired appearance of the leather, allow it to dry completely, preferably for several hours or even overnight, without exposing it to sunlight or heat sources.
• Apply the Paint Finisher in a very thin, even coat without rubbing, to avoid damaging the applied paint layer. Do not apply the finisher in a thick coat or in multiple coats. Do not apply the finisher to suede or nubuck leather.

Between batches of metal accessories there may be differences in shade, normal, caused by galvanized quantity, product dimensions and other conditions that cannot be fully controlled by the manufacturer. These differences can be more noticeable in dark colors (Shiny Grey, Gold) and are not considered manufacturing defects. Products ordered from stock can be returned according to Return policy.
